Saw Operator 📍 Emigsville, PA 💼 First Shift 💲 $24.50/hour Shift Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 30-minute lunch + 15-minute break Job Overview Join a small, close-knit team as a Saw Operator working with cast iron materials. This role involves operating large automatic band saws and supporting production in a laid-back, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Operate large automatic band saws to cut cast iron bars to size Cut 6 ft. and 12 ft. dura-bars accurately per order requirements Use a forklift and overhead crane to move materials Measure, cut, and band materials to ensure quality and accuracy Place finished products on pallets for shipping Use Oracle system to read and process work orders Required Skills Experience in manufacturing, saw operation, or similar role preferred Ability to read measurements and follow cut specifications Comfortable operating forklifts and overhead cranes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently in a small team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
