Manufacturing Opportunities Location:
Summerville A leading health and wellness company dedicated to producing high-quality nutritional supplements. We are currently hiring for Encapsulation Operators and Mixing Operators to support our growing manufacturing operations.
Pay Starting Pay:
$21.00/hour $1.00/hour increase within the first 90 days upon completion of initial certification
Night Shift Differential:
+$2.25/hour Encapsulation Operator Schedule Through November 1st Tuesday-Saturday 1st

25/hr) Position Overview Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot encapsulation and powder-filling equipment used in the production of nutritional supplements. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor encapsulation equipment Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Complete batch records and production documentation Conduct quality checks throughout production Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and sanitation standards Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers Maintain production goals and quality expectations Requirements High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly Able to wear required PPE, including respirators Comfortable working in a production environment with powders and ingredients Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Mixing Operator Weekend Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other

25/hr) Position Overview Operate mixing and processing equipment used to manufacture nutritional supplements while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate mixing equipment Weigh, sift, blend, and process raw ingredients Complete batch records and production documentation Perform equipment cleaning and changeovers Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Assist with quality inspections and sample collection Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts when certified Requirements High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs Comfortable with physically demanding work and lifting materials Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred Growth & Advancement Opportunities $1.00/hour raise after 90 days Level 1 → Level 2: +$0.50/hour Level 2 → Level 3: +$2.50/hour Level 3 → Level 4: +$2.50/hour Level 4 → Level 5: +$1.50/hour
