Packaging Operator Summerville, SC Starting Pay:
$19.00/hr ($2.25/hr Shift Differential for 2nd, 3rd, and Night Shifts)

In this role, you will operate packaging equipment, ensure product quality, complete production documentation, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Schedule:
Through October 31 Tuesday
  • Saturday 1st Shift 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM 2nd Shift 3:00 PM
  • 11:30 PM +$2.25/hr shift differential 3rd Shift 11:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM +$2.25/hr shift differential Starting on November 1 Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday Day Shift 5:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM Night Shift 5:00 PM
  • 5:30 AM +$2.
25/hr shift differential Key Responsibilities Operate bottling, labeling, and packaging equipment. Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting. Verify packaging specifications and ensure production accuracy. Monitor product quality and report any issues. Complete production records and quality documentation. Follow GMP, safety, and company operating procedures. Assist with packaging, inspection, labeling, and other production tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in training and development programs for advancement opportunities. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working around allergens, including nuts, dairy, soy, fish, and shellfish. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Why Join this Company?
