Operate automated production and packaging equipment. Prepare products for shipping and distribution. Complete production records and batch documentation accurately. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and quality standards. Perform quality checks to ensure product compliance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Wear required PPE, including scrubs, gloves, hairnets, and other protective equipment. Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3rd
Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday ($22/hr) Weekend Overtime Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing. Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation accurately. Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to work required overtime and weekend hours. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Preferred Skills Experience operating packaging or production machinery. Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Experience working with production documentation and batch records. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Work Environment Clean, temperature-controlled pharmaceutical facility. PPE required at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
