Position Overview:
HAVN Extracts / Stingers is seeking full-time Cannabis Packaging Specialists to support our production team at our North Oxford, MA facility. As a packager, you'll play a critical role in assembling, labeling, and packaging our award-winning cannabis products—including infused gummies, vapes, and pre-rolls. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Package and label cannabis products including gummies, distillate and hash rosin vapes, and infused pre-rolls Ensure all products are packaged in compliance with state and company regulations Assemble multi-component products (e.g., vape kits, 5-pack pre-rolls) accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory counts of packaging materials and finished goods Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) standards Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals Perform additional packaging and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on a structured schedule Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in cannabis, food production, or packaging is a plus but not required Must be comfortable handling cannabis products in a regulated setting
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks May require bending, sitting, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
Additional Requirements:
Must be 21+ years old Must pass background checks as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) Must be authorized to work in the United States This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
