6:00 AM start; flexibility required We are hiring a Machine Card Operator to operate computerized equipment used to produce, encode, emboss, insert, and prepare plastic identification cards for mailing.

Responsibilities:

Operate card embossing, encoding, and inserting equipment. Produce plastic ID cards according to established quality standards. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. Complete production logs and quality checks. Process special and manual ID card requests. Insert documents and prepare materials for mailing. Follow written and verbal instructions and production procedures.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Previous machine operator experience in a production environment. Experience using Windows-based computer applications. Strong communication and basic math skills. Ability to work a 6:00 AM start time. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. Training will be provided on the operation and maintenance of plastic card/embosser equipment.
