• Responsibilities
• + Receive blade tips in a manufacturing environment and prepare them for transfer to a cleanroom area.

+ Use a sand stone to shave and flatten scissor tips, ensuring there are no abnormal bumps or surface irregularities.

+ Rub blades on a wet stone to sharpen and refine cutting edges to required specifications.

+ Perform grinding and sanding operations on metal components to achieve smooth, consistent finishes.

+ Operate grinding and related production equipment safely and efficiently within a machine shop environment.

+ Inspect blade tips and finished parts visually and with basic measurement tools to verify quality and conformance.

+ Deburr metal parts to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections prior to further processing.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following shop safety procedures and proper handling of tools and materials.

+ Follow production instructions and quality standards to meet output and performance expectations.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
