Job Description

Atlantic is looking to expand its MUST Service Technician Team. The MUST Team ensures that the 75 million customer loads that we monitor and manage for our customers are wrapped to the correct standard. The program is growing exponentially, and you'll have the opportunity to grow with the program while being supported by seasoned experts in sales, engineering, and chemistry. Your day-to-day will involve traveling to our clients' plants across North America to perform audits, optimization, technical service and monitoring of stretch film application processes. RESPONSIBILITIES
Help businesses improve their stretch wrapping programs to save them time and money while increasing their productivity Perform detailed inspections of machines, films, and processes while auditing stretch film application programs Provide technical service support and training to help our customers maintain established standards Develop strong relationships with operators and plant personnel while setting goals and expectations for improvements Optimize stretch wrapping programs for some of the largest consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands in the world Provide in-plant training to plant workers to ensure the quality of any business' unique stretch wrapping program Utilize MUST's monitoring software to ensure that every load is wrapped to the correct standard every time Provide actionable information and timely assistance to our customers to increase performance, prevent damage, save money, and meet sustainability goals Establish a regular cadence of meetings to review plans, progress, and results Be open to extensive travel to our partners' facilities in theU.S. and Canada
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in a technical service role Experience servicing on automatic and semi-automatic stretch wrapping equipment A passion for teaching and helping people A strong work ethic Analytical problem solving skills Excellent networking and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of software
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
