Large line of miniature electronic parts made with medal and plastic molded together. Good eyesight and ability to handle small parts.

Functions/responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Thermoset molding machines for insert molding of metal and plastic miniature electronic components.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Follow work instructions, processes and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, using required safety equipment
• Assist other departments as necessary

Experience/Skills:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with small components
• Experience running operating Thermoset molding presses is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and procedures written in English
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail
• Opportunity for growth in expanding electronic product lines
• Product line repeating for over fifty years
