Job Description

Stark Truss was founded in 1963 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry . With over 60 years of experience supplying large multi-family and commercial developments, single family track and custom homes, agricultural buildings. Our construction product line includes roof and floor trusses, wall panels, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, glulam posts, pre-built stairs, StarkLam beams and connector hardware. Stark Truss Company is currently seeking an I-Joist / Cut Yard Associate to join our team in our busy truss manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a chain saw, production line equipment, finishing building materials and inspecting finished goods. The employee will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and report directly to plant management. Experience in the building trades is preferred but not required. Compensation :
This is a Full-time position with a starting pay rate of between $20-24 per hour based on experience level. In addition to hourly compensation employees are also eligible for the Attendance and Production Bonuses!
Schedule :
Monday through Friday from 6AM
  • 2PM.
Overtime opportunities are also available seasonally.
