Job Description
Job Title:
Machine Process Technician- Manufacturing /
Injection Molding Location:
Upstate South Carolina Pay:
$27+/hour (based on experience)Schedule:
2nd shift-Monday- Friday | 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM Our client provides a stable and team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What you get to do:
- Set up and start machines, ensuring finished products meet quality standards
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and output
- Review production data to prioritize mold changes and optimize workflow
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Train and support machine operators on equipment and processes
- Complete required documentation and maintain production records
- Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing or processing experience (more for advanced levels)
- Experience with injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, CNC, or similar processes preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing issues independently
- Strong understanding of machine parameters and production processes
- Forklift experience preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus What's in it for you:
