Job Description

Nesco Resource is currently hiring Weavers for a well-established textile manufacturing facility in Enoree, SC . We are seeking dependable, safety-minded candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Previous weaving or textile manufacturing experience is preferred. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor weaving machines and looms during production. Inspect fabric for defects and quality issues. Repair broken warp and filling yarns as needed. Tie broken ends and make minor machine adjustments. Monitor multiple looms and respond quickly to machine stops. Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues. Ensure yarn and materials are properly loaded and feeding through equipment. Maintain production and quality standards. Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies. Complete required production documentation. Qualifications Previous weaving, loom operation, or textile manufacturing experience preferred. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work safely around moving machinery. Dependable with a strong attendance record. Ability to work independently and monitor multiple machines. Willingness to learn textile equipment and weaving processes.
