Position Overview The Thermoforming Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating production machines to ensure efficient, high-quality output. You'll oversee changeovers, monitor machinery, and contribute to daily production goals in a clean, organized environment. Key Responsibilities Set up production lines, including molds, fixtures, and equipment Perform changeovers: uninstall and reinstall necessary tools for new jobs Monitor and document machine running conditions and performance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor Perform daily wipe-downs of production traffic areas Communicate with the Team Leader regarding quality assurance issues Prepare and wrap finished skids for shipment Ensure raw materials, finished goods, and scrap are managed properly Support weekly preventive maintenance activities Assist with tasks outlined in the daily production schedule Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
