Position Overview We're hiring a full‑time Rotary Bag/Jar Associate to support our gummy packaging operations. In this role, you'll run state‑of‑the‑art equipment to package high‑quality CBD gummies into jars or bags.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday | 6am - 5pm Paid, hands‑on training provided during your first week Consistent weekly schedule with opportunities for overtime Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor gummy bagging and jarring machinery Follow instructions precisely to ensure accurate, consistent packing Load bags and jars into machines with correct order and timing Rotate tasks and support teammates as needed Apply judgment and problem‑solving skills during production Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including daily deep cleaning Prepare materials for current and next‑day production Collaborate with the Packaging Manager to meet production goals Work independently and unsupervised when required Required Qualifications Previous and recent experience in machine operation Understanding of working within GMP Certified plant environment Must be 18+ (21 preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-70 lbs Mechanical aptitude Comfortable with manual labor and multitasking Basic math skills and ability to use a digital scale Fluent or proficient in English Strong attention to detail and time management Consistent availability for scheduled hours High school diploma or equivalent Perks & Benefits Casual dress code (closed‑toe, non‑slip shoes required) PTO eligibility after 180 days Fun, ambitious team culture Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding industry Subsidized health insurance options Ready to join a fast‑paced, supportive team in a booming industry?
