We're looking for operators who can step in, learn our processes quickly, and contribute consistently. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of weatherstripping used by customers worldwide. This role goes beyond button-pushing and is well-suited for mechanically inclined operators. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment Load raw materials and remove finished products Make simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustments Monitor quality standards and maintain specifications Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Accurately record production data and communicate issues as they arise Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement What We're Looking For Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desired Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.
