Job Description
Assembly Operator HTI is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers for IFA to join our team in Summerville, SC . In this role, associates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling parts and components while maintaining quality and production standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to daily production goals. Responsibilities for an Assembly Operator Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production standards Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality expectations are met Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production and quality goals Report equipment issues, defective materials, or safety concerns to supervisors Assist with other production duties as needed Requirements for an Assembly Operator Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Steel-toe shoes are required Work Environment for Assembly Operator Manufacturing/production facility Repetitive hand and arm movements may be required Standing for long periods during the shift Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the day Overtime is required based on production needs Exposure to moving machinery and a busy production environment Benefits for Associates Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for overtime and career advancement
