Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 3rd Shift CNC Set Up Technician for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment. Responsibilities Perform start-up of machine per procedure. Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and fixture alignments. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives in safety, OEE, rework reduction, and team building. Collaborate with other Set Up Technicians and Group Leaders on different shifts for smooth transitions. Analyze root causes of downtime and implement corrective actions or report to Shift Manager. Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to scheduled work hours and assigned overtime. Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) if preferred. 6 months or more CNC Set-up experience. Authorized to work for an employer in the U.S.
