Position Overview The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and supporting manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently under supervision. Use precision measuring instruments, including: Calipers Micrometers Thread gauges Height gauges Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances. Make minor tool changes and machine adjustments to maintain production quality. Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Follow established quality control standards and procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, machining, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Pay Details:
