Job Description

Primary Function:
Perform various light manufacturing tasks in a climate-controlled environment for micro-electronic component manufacturing. Starting wage is $15.12 per hour
  • $15.73/hour depending on qualifications. Position is on 1st shift. 1st shift is Mon
  • Fri, 7 AM
  • 3 PM.
Benefits after 60 days include medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation. 401(k) plan on Jan 1 or July 1 after 6 months of employment with company match up to 3%. 12 paid holidays after 4 weeks.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all manufacturing functions within the assigned department. Operations include but are not limited to microscope inspection, loading/unloading microscopic components, electrical testing. Follow manufacturing specifications and all safety procedures. Meet production goals for quality and quantity.
SKILLS:
Good manual dexterity to handle small tools and/or small units Basic computer skills/Experience with touch-pad control preferred Strong optical observation skills
  • highly developed ability to notice, analyze, interpret, and recall visual details
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Good vision/Ability to use a microscope Ability to sit or stand for most of the shift Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift weight or exert force up to 25 pounds. Ability to work with chemicals and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to work overtime as needed Good attendance Due to export controls, U.S. person is required
