Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring vibrant designs to life! In this energetic role, you will operate advanced embroidery machines to create high-quality decorative and functional stitching on a variety of materials. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure each product meets our precise standards. Duties Set up and operate industrial embroidery machines, ensuring correct thread colors, patterns, and fabric placement for each project Monitor machine performance during production runs, making adjustments to optimize stitch quality and prevent errors Inspect embroidered items for quality standards in production, identifying and correcting defects or inconsistencies Maintain detailed records of production quantities Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including threading, cleaning, and troubleshooting technical issues Requirements Experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. We will train but require some prior experience. Ability to interpret design files or patterns for embroidery customization Commitment to safety standards in production environments with proper handling of machinery and materials Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control in embroidered products Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting) and materials handling is a plus Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a lively manufacturing setting!
