6A-2:30P What's the Job? Program, set up, and operate CNC Plate Plasma Machines to ensure efficient production output. Inspect production parts using measurement instruments to verify quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Deburr output materials from the plate plasma machine to prepare for subsequent processes. Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, and H&S teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years experience in programming and setup of CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions. Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, and CAT40 tooling setup. Proficiency in using basic measurement instruments to verify components meet specifications.
