Transform the everyday with us The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. We are looking for a Busway Assembly Coordinator (Multi Role) to join our team . This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC manufacturing plant. As a Busway Coordinator, you will support daily production by assisting the Group Lead with line setup, material flow, and production tracking to ensure schedules are met. You'll communicate across teams, cross‑train and support team members, and rotate between coordinator and hands‑on assembly roles (kitting, line assembly, fitting assembly) as needed. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety, organization (6S), and continuous improvement across the Busway department.
Shift Hours:
6:30 am - 3:00 pm (flexibility to work 5AM-1:30PM and OT as needed)
Hourly Rate:
$27.80 You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP Must be able to work additional hours or overtime when required to support production needs. Basic computer skills and the ability to use standard mechanical and measuring tools. Experience with reading blueprints and assembly drawings Flexibility to fill in coordinator and assembly roles throughout the entire Busway team. In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift up to 40 lbs, sustain grip of a least 26 lbs using two fingers & standing for 30 minutes. Ability to reach, grasp, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull/slide heavy materials as needed. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization .
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience assembling and kitting all categories (fittings, straight sections, etc.), of Sentron and Legacy (XLU) busway systems. Prior Team lead or Coordinator experience within a manufacturing environment Firm understanding of current and legacy busway electrical transmission systems You'll make impact by: Assist Group Lead with daily line setup and 6s Operate with a continuous improvement mindset Review and update production tracker, prioritize and move materials to both lines to support the production schedule Communicate with Group Lead, Coordinators, Joint Stacks on daily production needs Cross train and help with training team members Rotate to fill in various roles throughout the department as needed (kitting, line assembly, fitting assembly)
