Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a technically proficient, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as an Extrusion Operator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
- Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule
- Record production data and complete required documentation
- Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to quality control standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Qualifications
- High School Diploma of GED preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a machine operator
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders etc.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational, math, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work any shift based on business needs.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Dependable and punctual.
