English Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Machine Operator's responsibility is to operate equipment to produce a finished product. A successful Machine Operator will see the incoming work orders and use the equipment in the plant to convert raw goods into high quality finished products. They will also complete preventative maintenance and cleaning on the facility and equipment. Machine Operators will earn an hourly rate of $18.00 plus generous monthly production bonuses. There are day and night shift opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate equipment Operate forklift Perform quality inspection of finished product Clean equipment and facility Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and facility Communicate and record pertinent information (output, machine issues, opportunities for improvement)

Qualifications:

Must have experience operating equipment Must be comfortable working with little or no supervision Must be able to multitask but be detail oriented Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in the English language is necessary to effectively communicate company policies and procedures including important occupational safety information.
