$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required Experience with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, or similar equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or PLC systems beneficial Job Duties Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform plumbing repairs and facility upkeep as needed Help maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory Assist with PLC programming and equipment improvements Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas Support warehouse and production operations when needed Train new employees and assist with special projects Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
