General Summary :

• As a Machine operator you will be responsible for a variety of machine-specific functions.

The listed below are included but are not limited to.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, stacking, and moving pallets
• Identify, confirm, and prioritize work to be performed
• Learn to set up machinery and perform tool changes as needed
• Learn how to perform changeovers
• Load programs/inputs into the machine control
• Learn how to perform daily PMs on machinery and equipment used
• Use proper tools on the machine
• Bunch, label, and stage parts for the next manufacturing process
• Practice exceptional housekeeping Other related duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Qualifications :

Experience:

Machine operator experience

• Forklift experience preferred (will certify in-house)
• Blueprint reading skills
• The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
• Detailed oriented
• Computer skill
• Good communication skills
• General labor skills Physical Requirements for the job
• Ability to move at least 50lbs
• Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day
• Wear the necessary PPE for the position

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
