If you enjoy operating equipment, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to build your material-handling skills. You'll operate a variety of equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers , while also supporting inventory accuracy, order processing, and overall warehouse operations. What You'll Do Operate motorized and manual material-handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers Use RF terminals to support warehouse operating systems and maintain inventory accuracy Meet established safety, production, and service-level standards Process orders manually when business needs require Cross-train on additional equipment and non-equipment warehouse functions Support maintenance and other operational projects requiring motorized equipment Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous equipment operation experience is a plus, but training and certification may be available Comfortable operating or willing to learn reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers Strong motor coordination and ability to maneuver equipment safely in tight spaces Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work safely at heights of up to 32 feet Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities Reliable, positive, team-first attitude Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple warehouse functions
