12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotating schedule Holland Sharpe is hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role operating equipment and supporting production operations in a team-oriented environment Shift Information 12-hour shifts 2-2-3 rotating schedule Day and Night shifts available

Pay Day Shift:

$21.50 per hour

Night Shift:

$23.50 per hour Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Support daily production operations Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain quality and production standards Keep work areas clean and organized Work with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Stable work history with good job tenure Previous experience in manufacturing, farming, construction, or other physically demanding work preferred Ability to clearly communicate previous work experience Professional attitude and ability to work well with others Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 12 hours Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
