Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment while following production requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Job Duties:
Operate assigned machinery safely and according to standard operating procedures. Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions. Inspect and measure raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures. Use basic math and computer skills to complete production tasks. Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accurately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. At least 3 months of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with strong teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with moving machinery. Exposure to loud noise, vibration, airborne particles, fumes, and changing environmental conditions. Use of warehouse tools such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers. May work with hazardous materials and must wear required PPE.
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally climb or balance. Frequently use hands and arms to operate equipment. Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Must pass a post-offer physical exam and Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), where required.

From $14.00 per hour
