Non-Exempt; Full-time About the position We are looking for a Production Control Operator who will keep the proper level of component stock by preparing production plans, monitoring the stock levels, and coordinating with the operators and group leaders in the respective area. Audit inventory in storage areas as directed. You should possess a trained eye for detail, be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and excellent comprehension of quality standards are also required.Responsibilities are:
Perform all work safely and according to company standards Work well with others within the team and throughout the organization Regular attendance is an essential function of the position Prepare the daily production plan for specified product to ensure products are ready in time for production to avoid material shortage Maintain the daily plan for assigned area as directed by the line leader, engineer, superintendent, and unit manager to ensure production needs are met Inform all departments if changes to the plan are modified to ensure material is ready and there is no disruption in production Keep in constant contact with all production areas about capacity changes and monitor machine status Monitor 5S activities in Production Control area Manage documentation, ISO/TS16949 and other quality system requirements, etc. Manage and audit inventory storage locations as directed Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements are:Education:

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Production and Processing
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Critical Thinking Skills
