Skilled Laborer / Entry-Level Machine Operator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Skilled Laborer / Entry-Level Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hard work, and is eager to learn and grow within the excavation field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily excavation and site preparation tasks Operate or learn to operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.) Perform general labor duties such as digging, grading, and material handling Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Take direction from supervisors and be willing to learn new skills

Qualifications:

Previous construction or excavation experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn equipment operation and develop new skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions
