Job Summary We are seeking someone that can operates cylinder-type sheet-fed lithographic offset printing press that puts ink and/or coatings on paper or other substrates by performing the following duties personally and in accordance with all safety policies and requirements. Operate presses and machines Follow work instructions and assist with assembly as needed Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards in production Follow manufacturing management procedures to document production activities accurately Support team members on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Experience interpreting work instructions and manufacturing documents Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles Ability to perform manual handling tasks including some heavy lifting safely Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts Open to overtime Candidates with a background in manufacturing management or process improvement are encouraged to apply.
