- Starting pay: $20.72 per hour
Night Shift Differential:
$ +2.0 per hourProduction Incentive:
percentage range from 5% to 15% of hours worked pay!Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
- Ability to monitor, process, lift and stack Chopped Steel Fiber Product weighing up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks
- Good work history and Clean Background Check. Must be able to pass Drug Test and Physical.
- Superior Attendance Record and Reliable Team Player
