Responsibilities Operate diverse machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses to meet production goals. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to set up and run equipment accurately. Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures, using personal protective equipment, and adhering to factory safety protocols. Assist with materials handling, tooling setup, and basic fabrication tasks to support overall manufacturing operations. Document production activities accurately and communicate any machine or process concerns to supervisors for quick resolution. Qualifications Experience as a Machine Operator Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting and interpreting mechanical blueprints or technical drawings. Experience with factory or manufacturing facility environments, including assembly line operations and materials handling. Able to tolerate high temperatures Knowledge of safety standards in production environments along with the ability to follow strict safety protocols. Ability to use hand tools effectively and perform basic math calculations related to machining and fabrication tasks.
