Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Auto Assembly to join their team in Gordonsville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

• (Must be available to train on 1st shift first week) Monday-Friday 1st shift: 6:00am
• 2:00pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm
• 10:00pm 3rd shift: 10:00pm
• 6:00am What's the Job?

Precision Assembly:

Piece together small components into high-quality automotive sub-assemblies following detailed technical instructions.

Finishing & Coating:

Apply paint and protective coatings to components and finished driveshafts, ensuring they meet rigorous aesthetic and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct detailed inspections throughout the assembly process to maintain precision and defect-free results.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Identify and immediately report equipment malfunctions or material defects to management to minimize downtime.

Production Flow Management:

Build, review, and verify parts daily to keep the production line running efficiently and on schedule. What's Needed?

Entry-Level Opportunity:

Prior manufacturing experience is not required—full on-the-job training is provided from day one.

Preferred Background:

Having 6 months of steady work history showing reliability and attention to detail is a major plus.
