You'll receive training and guidance from experienced Process Technicians as you learn the ropes — and eventually take the lead on setups yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process Technician Learn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks Ensure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided) Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety procedures
