Wood Personnel Services is seeking experienced Machine Operators in the Lebanon and the surrounding Wilson County area. We have multiple opportunities available, ranging from Brake Press, Stamp Press, Robotic Welders, MIG Welders and General Machine Operators. True temp to hire positions located throughout Wilson County. Immediate hires being made.

Machine Operator Compensation and Hours:

Up to $19.00 per hour 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Shift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment

Load and unload parts in machines Reads and interprets job specifications to determine machine setup Ensure the machine produces high quality products Inspect work pieces for defects Stack, label, pack, and transport finished work pieces Keep work place safe, clean and organized Routine inspection and maintenance of machinery Specific equipment and responsibilities may vary depending on the client assignment.

Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications:

Stable work history that shows longevity in previous jobs Mechanically inclined with an ability to read a tape measure Capability of reading Blue Prints a plus Desire to learn new types of machinery Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience preferred, but not required for all positions
