We have multiple opportunities available, ranging from Brake Press, Stamp Press, Robotic Welders, MIG Welders and General Machine Operators. True temp to hire positions located throughout Wilson County. Immediate hires being made.

Machine Operator Compensation and Hours:

Up to $19.00 per hour1st, 2nd and 3rd shiftsShift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment

Load and unload parts in machinesReads and interprets job specifications to determine machine setupEnsure the machine produces high quality productsInspect work pieces for defectsStack, label, pack, and transport finished work piecesKeep work place safe, clean and organizedRoutine inspection and maintenance of machinerySpecific equipment and responsibilities may vary depending on the client assignment.

Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications:

Stable work history that shows longevity in previous jobsMechanically inclined with an ability to read a tape measureCapability of reading Blue Prints a plusDesire to learn new types of machineryAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience preferred, but not required for all positions
