Our organization is looking for an experience progressive stamping machine operator. This is a Full time position and salary amount is depends on your experience. The experienced of progressive stamping operator is required to load coils of steel into cradles then loops the material into the feeder of the stamping press with the aid of hydraulic and electronic devices without miss-hits or die damage. Must be able to check the first piece part to print using various gauges and inspection tools. The operator must also identify problems with the die during the operation. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Set up, adjust, and operate stamping presses and other secondary metal processing equipment. Set up coil line and feeder equipment to feed material into press. Perform in process checks on parts and minimize scrap. Use micrometers, calipers, scales, and fixed gauges to check work in process and ensure adherence to specifications. Report faulty equipment, defective material, and unusual conditions to SVs. Maintain a clean work area. Perform work in line with quality requirements. Operate a forklift Operation of overhead crane Perform daily checks on machines. Additional items as assigned by manager. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed, which may require more than the normal shift hours or work week to meet company needs.
