Machine Operator Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned rotational molding machines and ovens. You will operate and use cranes to set molds and move them to the oven, troubleshoot machines and ovens, and conduct setups and changeovers. You are required to have experience with hand tools and power tools while ensuring operating and quality standards are met for all products produced in the assigned area. Work Environment The work environment is clean but not climate-controlled. It can get very hot in the facility during summer due to the ovens. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
