RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain critical metals for the production processWeld Iridium Crucibles to meet specificationsCleaning metals using a media blasterPressing various metals to meet specsOperation record keeping, maintaining accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in databaseFollowing process MPI documentation and safety proceduresExperience of working in product oriented technical-industrial environmentAbility to weld various metals; Iridium, platinum, aluminumPerform all related operations such as acetylene cut, arc gouging, plasma cut, brazing and solderingPreheat and stress relieveHeat treat parts, tools and materials involving processes such as carbonizing, tempering, annealing and stress relievingPrep, clean and stress metal surfaces by grit blasting peeningChip, grind and clean weldments; preserve as requiredAssembly diaphragms and parts as requiredPerform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS1-2

years would be preferable, especially working with Aluminum.
