Assembly Workers Needed in

Springfield, TN Pay:

$18/hour

Shifts:

1st shift•Flexible 8-10 hour shifts, earliest start at 4am (schedule provided at orientation).

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts on a line to build complete appliance products. Use hand and air tools efficiently. Meet/exceed quality standards.

Requirements:

Physically able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly. Can stand for 8-10 hours per shift. Comfortable around insulation and able to maintain assembly line pace.
