Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company. We are hiring a Machine Operator.

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00AM-4:30

PM CST Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr

Overtime:

Some Fridays and Saturdays required (approximately every other weekend)

Machine Operator Summary:

Operate high-speed automated assembly equipment. Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments. Complete quality inspections and documentation. Troubleshoot machine issues and clear jams. Perform preventive and routine maintenance. Support production and quality goals.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Safely operate automated assembly machinery. Make equipment adjustments and minor repairs. Conduct quality checks and record measurements. Replace tooling, sensors, and machine components. Identify machine faults and restart production. Package completed products and maintain workflow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform quality inspections and measurements. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a production environment. Why PROMAN Staffing?
