Full-Time | On-Site Job Summary Top Metal Solutions is hiring a Laser Cutting Operator to support our metal fabrication production team. This position will primarily operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce accurate metal parts from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Candidates with CNC machine experience are encouraged to apply. Previous laser cutting experience is preferred, but candidates with experience operating other CNC equipment may also be considered. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and learn other CNC equipment , including plasma cutting tables, CNC routers, and press brakes. Responsibilities Operate CNC laser cutting equipment. Load and unload metal materials. Run pre-programmed CNC cutting files. Perform basic machine setup and adjustments. Monitor machine operation and cutting quality. Inspect finished parts for dimensions and accuracy. Read work orders, drawings, and basic blueprints. Use tape measures, calipers, and gauges. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Cross-train on CNC plasma, router, and press brake equipment. Qualifications 1+ year of CNC machine operating experience preferred. CNC laser cutting experience preferred. Experience with plasma, router, press brake, or other CNC equipment is a plus. Experience working with metal materials preferred. Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills. Ability to use tape measures and calipers. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance. Willingness to learn additional CNC machines. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
