Pay:

$115,000-$125,000/year, based on experience

Location:

Arlington, TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport

Schedule:

Heavy weekly travel to project sites across the U.S.; schedule may vary by deployment needs

Contract Responsibilities:

Lead hands-on deployment and field support for autonomous construction equipment Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain heavy equipment, sensors, electronics, and field hardware Coordinate with operators, site contacts, field teams, and technical support groups Support installation, calibration, and adjustment of components, sensors, and equipment systems Identify issues, document field findings, communicate clearly, and support practical fixes Maintain a professional, safety-minded field presence while representing Rinvio on project sites

Requirements:

Construction, heavy equipment, field service, machinery, robotics, or autonomous equipment background 5+ years of hands-on equipment operation, repair, maintenance, or technical field support preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, equipment diagnostics, electronics, and jobsite troubleshooting Professional communication skills with field teams, operators, and technical support teams Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to changing jobsite conditions Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs Experience with hydraulics, welding, fabrication, GPS/machine control, electrical, soldering, or construction tech is helpful Why this role: $115,000-$125,000/year pay range for qualified field leaders Work with autonomous equipment in real construction environments Travel-heavy role for hands-on candidates who enjoy solving field problems Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Learn more about
