Role:

The company is seeking an Extrusion Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Baytown, TX. This is a hands-on production role in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Operate extrusion equipment and perform metal forming processes. Read, interpret, and follow written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. Write routine reports and correspondence. Solve practical problems and adapt to situations where limited standardization exists. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Looking For:

Must be 18 years of age or older. (For Insurance) High school diploma or GED. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and/or extrusion equipment and processes (preferred). Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Valid Class C driver's license (driving to multiple locations possible). Safety certification may be required.
