We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mixer to join our production team at Del Sol Food Company. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise blending and mixing of ingredients to create our signature high-quality salad dressings. This is a critical position that ensures our products meet exact flavor and consistency standards before bottling. Start time 4:30am- complete

Responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation:
Accurately measure, weigh, and combine raw ingredients according to proprietary recipes and batch records.Equipment Operation:
Operate industrial mixing machinery and pumps, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.Quality Control:
Monitor the texture, color, and consistency of mixes to maintain brand standards.Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow strict food safety (HACCP) and sanitation protocols for cleaning tanks and equipment between batches.Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs of batch numbers, ingredient usage, and production times.Working hours:
4:30 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
