Job details Summary Spherion $12.00 - $12.51 per hour Temp to Perm Various Shifts Available Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_179461 Job details We are urgently seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Brownsville, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in moving materials, supporting production flow, and ensuring inventory is staged safely and efficiently across a 6-day workweek.
Valid or recent Forklift Operator Certification.
Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plus. qualifications

...Material Handling:
Safely load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.Production Support:
Supply assembly lines and production areas with materials in a timely manner to prevent downtime.Loading & Unloading:
Transport freight to and from shipping docks, delivery trucks, and storage areas.Safety & Maintenance:
Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment, report any maintenance issues, and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines.Inventory Control:
Assist with physical counting, stack management, and maintaining an organized work area.Working hours:
Various Shifts Available Skills:
Prior experience in high-volume industrial manufacturing or shipping/receiving docks. Valid or recent Forklift Operator Certification. Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plus.Education:

Must possess a High School Diploma (HSD) or GED equivalent.Experience:
Hands-on experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Work Ethic:
Strong reliability, punctual attendance, and willingness to work a 6-day schedule (Monday ??? Saturday).Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand for extended periods, and work in a warm manufacturing environment.
