Machine Operator Tech City - 2.0 Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time $13 - $15 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Machine operation Manufacturing standard operating procedures Industrial equipment Safety standard operating procedures Full Job Description About the Position We are looking for Machine Operators to join a manufacturing facility in Carrollton, Texas. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while meeting quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures. Monitor equipment during production and report malfunctions or irregularities. Perform basic machine adjustments when necessary. Inspect product quality throughout the production process. Complete required production records. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience operating machinery or production equipment. Ability to follow safety, quality, and operating procedures. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required. Ability to work safely around industrial equipment. Basic English is preferred but not required. Availability to work approximately 60 hours per week. Availability to work on-site in Carrollton, Texas. Work Conditions and Benefits 40 regular hours plus 20 guaranteed overtime hours per week. Monthly productivity bonus, based on KPI achievement. Temporary housing assistance may be available at the beginning of employment, subject to evaluation and availability.
