Assembly

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production and quality records as required Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools safely Identify defective materials or equipment issues and report them to supervisors Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S and safety standards Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and basic production equipment Ability to read and interpret work instructions and assembly drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing top-quality products through skilled craftsmanship. Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
